About janetcapps

Photography has been a constant in my life as long as I can remember. It's been a wonderful way to see the world. I spent countess years with film and a darkroom. Now digital, my productivity is measured in hard drives. You'll probably note lots of animals, mostly horses and felines. I have taken pet pictures, photographed horse shows, authored a Facebook page for the Seattle Mounted Patrol of my photos and stories explaining their usefulness, and publicized horse rescues. My travels took me to the Spanish and American mustangs living on a charitable ranch in South Dakota that was the subject of a Paul Newman movie. More recently I was in Kenya for a wildlife photography school.
But there is more to me than that. Check out the black and whites, and the My Favorites Gallery where you'll see reflections, architecture, abstracts, macros, travel and more. Finally, water is also constantly in my view finder as I love the shape, colors, and power o f it.
Most of all though, even though you'll see some you like and some you don't, enjoy someone else's perspective for a few minutes.
